Email Contact with Parents
Newsletters, notifications of excursions that have been posted on XUNO will be emailed to families. Please ensure you have provided the General Office with a relevant email address.
Reporting Student Absences
Parents should notify the college of absences by contacting the school absence line on 03 9571 7838 on any day a student is absent or by recording the absence on XUNO.
As per DoE policy we notify parent / carers via SMS if a student has an unexplained absence. We do this mid-morning so would appreciate being notified of a student absence prior to 9.30am on the day of absence.
Please leave the students name, year level and reason for absence. A note must be given to the general office on the day the student returns to school.
Family holidays should be taken during the school holidays. Permission should be sought from the Principal for family holidays during school term. An absence plan will then be created.
Student Information
Our team attends to all student enrolment information and requests that you update us with in relation to any changes for your son/daughter ie: change of address, telephone numbers – both at home and emergency numbers and contacts, medical conditions etc. Please contact the general office either by phone or email.
It is particularly important that all emergency contact information is up to date.
Parent Payments
There are a number of means for payments available: XUNO, Cheque, Cash, Centrepay, BPAY, Direct Deposit and Credit Card (also, over the phone credit card). Please contact the Nominated Parent Payment Contact, Gabrielle Darvell if you are experiencing any financial difficulties.
