The CLIL (Content Language Integrated Learning) methodology is based on the highly effective immersion approach which is the method used in Canada and Europe. It recognises that teaching content in a new language and immersing the child in that language is the most effective way of acquiring language.

This class has 3 periods of French Language and an additional 3 periods of Humanities or Science in French. This option is available to the students who choose Immersion French. You do NOT need to have existing skills in French to choose this option. A high standard of English is of great benefit but preparedness for a challenge is the most important prerequisite!

These students may also choose to participate in the DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française) exam giving them an international accreditation for study at French university level.
